Greg Harper

Greg Harper is a seasoned Senior Executive with more than 25 years of demonstrated proficiencies in leading business development within large and small domestic and multi-national organizations. He has led companies and divisions of companies through start-ups, growth stages, turnarounds and crisis situations directly through positions of CIO, COO and Senior Vice President. Further Greg has consulted to a variety of entrepreneurial organizations, mentored senior executives and boards of directors in leadership across functional areas of a wide spectrum of organizations.

With an extensive background in investment management, corporate finance, operations and administration, he is adept in developing strategic plans and directing their effective execution to achieve "best of breed" in providing the basis to advise and lead businesses in areas of capital management, revenue growth and profitability. Launching new business initiatives, managing change / restructuring / reengineering, or through managing crisis these are all areas where Greg has consulted to businesses. Greg actively holds executive and board positions in selected for profit and not for profit organizations and is an active member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute.
