Micheline Daigle-LeBlanc , With over 15 years of practical experience spearheading organizational development / change initiatives and developing leaders, Micheline Daigle-LeBlanc has earned a solid track record as an astute and resourceful leader, facilitator and coach.

Micheline holds a Master of Science (Organizational Psychology), is a Certified Human Resources Professional, and a Royal Roads Certified Executive Coach. A thirst for learning has her keeping an eye on 'what's new' in organizational research through her membership to the Society for Industrial / Organizational Psychologists.

Originally from New Brunswick, Micheline has also lived and worked in Nova Scotia and Ontario. She is equally at ease conducting business in French or English, and has acquired her professional toolbox in both public and private sectors, in industries as varied as health care, financial, fisheries, mining, and the military.
